We offer FREE medicine delivery, so most of our clients take advantage of this service, and have never been into our office, apart from for farmer meetings. If you would like to pick up meds from the office or drop in any samples, please ring ahead so the team member on reception knows to expect you and can ensure any prescriptions are ready ahead of your arrival.

The phone will always be diverted to a team member; so you will always be able to contact a team member at any time of the day or the night. During office hours, if the phoneline is busy, you can either divert the phone to a vet in an emergency, or you can leave a voicemail.
