What Personal Data Do We Collect?

Focus Farm Vets Ltd. may collect the following information about you:

  • your name, age (where you are under 16), and gender;

  • your contact details: postal address including billing address and address of any holdings, holding number(s), telephone numbers (including mobile numbers) and e-mail address;

  • information for medical records relating to species, breed and number of stock;

  • medical records in relation to farm visits, medicine and other purchases, prescription information, laboratory results, reports written by veterinarians in relation to work carried out and advice provided;

  • when you make a payment for your services, your payment card details and/or bank details depending on payment method;

  • your communication and marketing preferences;

  • your interests, preferences, feedback and survey responses;

  • your correspondence and communications with Focus Farm Vets Ltd.

  • other publicly available personal data, including any which you have shared via a public platform (such as a Twitter feed or public Facebook pages or public Instagram pages).

Data collected is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children. 

This list is not exhaustive and, in specific instances, we may need to collect additional data for the purposes set out in this Policy. Some of the above personal data is collected directly, for example when you contact us via our website, send us an email, contact us via telephone, or at a primary farm visit.

We may also collect personal data from third parties who have your consent to pass your details on to us, or from publicly available sources.
